Ranting About Prime Jordan…
I usually like watching movies at Prime Cinemas, because they have a great VIP section in each theatre, with a flexible couch and a table between every 2 seats, now the thing is… I used to shop at Prime Megastore at Mecca Mall, that closed down for some reason I don’t know of… So, instead I was happy to see the 4th floor at Al Baraka Mall with Prime Cinemas, Multimedia shop, restaurants and bookstores.
BUT, unfortunately whenever I pass by the Multimedia shop it is closed. Once at 8 pm, then at 9 pm, then at 7 pm… Today, I decided to go there and pick a Gelaskin (Skins to be attached to iPhones, iPods and MacBooks drawn with nice illustrations) just to find it closed. I walked a few steps towards the Bookstore, where a very helpful young lady told me to ask for the employee responsible of the shop because he is inside, behind the cashier at the tickets booking both (and he was not working, chit-chating). Which I did, he comes with an attitude asking me “Are you going to buy anything?”, “Yes” I replied although he has no right to ask, I might just wanna take a look.
I found the skin I wanted to buy, cheaper than the internet price. Of course, when he opened the shop around 5-6 people went inside and bought things, then I went to pay… he suddenly remembers to tell me “Sorry, but I closed the cash by mistake earlier so I can’t give you a receipt for the thing you’re going to buy now, If you want come tomorrow…” I took it, paid and left.
Now, What kind of service is this? What If I want to return it while sealed (return policy applied at Prime)… I don’t even have a freaking receipt! This same employee is NEVER at the shop! NEVER! I passed there around 5-6 times, I even sent friends working at the mall to check-up!
Prime, this is unacceptable. I don’t have to walk and ask for your employees. I hope Mr. Hammad Atassi replies to this.
P.S. I’m sorry if this post has any mistakes, I wrote this so fast. I couldn’t stand it.
