- Don’t you just love it when you’re at the safeway cashier paying and the employee just takes one of the things you want away and puts it on the next counter without you noticing and when you do and tell him “Hey, I want that! why did you take it away?” he replied, “Is it not registered on the system, I need someone to get me it’s code…” shamelessly?

Hey Moey, I just wanted to post my comment on the iPhonization of Jordan. I personally hate these offers Orange have out with the iPhones man. I mean I looked at it in every possible way and I just think it’s a rip off. I mean get real, in a year you’re going to pay the phone’s price anyway and it’s restricted on so many levels…I personally got the new iPod touch 2G, and I advice anyone who’s thinking of an iPhone to go buy a 15JD phone from Nokia, those ones that do basic function such as texting and sending messages (Pros include extended battery life, fucking amazing durabilty and it can fit in my anus without applying vaseline =P) Shit, censor that part, it’s carry-on, was the message I was conveying =P. Apart from that, I’m new to your blog and 2 thumbs up man, cheers. =) Keep at it.

Shadz, see I can agree with pretty much everything you say about the iPhone (contract, etc) but disagree with the conclusion (not the part that should be censored
I just got a Nokia 5800, I’ve owned other Nokias and Sony Ericssons etc, I have Blackberry Bold, and yet the device I use and like the most is the iPhone 3G. The interface, integration, apps just blow anything else clean away, in my view. Since it’s not officially sold in UAE yet it’s unlocked and not on a contract but when it does make it here I’ll probably buy another on a contract. A problem is the data plan though which really sucks.

My friend told me everything he ordered with aramex in December got charged by customs heavily although he’s been ordering a lot of stuff all year. Odd eh.

Magnus my point of advising the iPod Touch was just that. I freaking love the interface man, it blows everything else off this planet, I know, but it’s the plans that piss me off. It’s like whenever you get your hands on an iPhone, it’s either fully functional and on a stupid plan, or jailbroken and jams every 3 minutes you use it. But all in all I give the iPhone 3G a 7/10, it really does rock.
