Coffee Republic opened
Just arrived from London to Kuwait, Coffee Republic, the famous British espresso coffee house opened this week serving a wide range of HOT and COLD drinks in addition to freshly baked bread and pastries and freshly made sandwiches.
CR is Now open at the Universal Tower at the Derwaza, Ahmed Al-Jaber Street and will have more branches soon at the free trade zone, Salmiya and Highway restaurants area at Mina Abdulla.

I tried them yesterday, the food and drinks were okay, but the interior design wasn’t that nice, specially the white lights, it doesn’t have a coffee shop feeling to it, i hope they change the lights soon. As for the employees, they are new, so things are a bit messy and unorganized when it comes to paying and ordering. There was a good number of people there considering it only recently opened.
Oh, it is fine. I think they’ll do a great job.
I tried it, totally fell in love with it especially the brie & cranberry sandwich. YUMMY:D
I tried it today based on your review. i have to say the following:-
1. The food was GREEEAT. i loved their nutella croissant. also the waiter said that they bake their bread freshly instore. Unlike starbucks or Second Cup where the food is Ewwww.
2. The Coffee was great. i am a coffee drinker and i can tell the quality of the coffee is superb.
3. The interior is cool too. very trendy and modern. i luved the red and black combination.
i think once they open more branches it will be my place to hangout.

I am in this stage of shock right now and I just dont know if Im dreaming or not haha .. I better pinch myself to make sure that I am not dreaming .. Coffee Republic!! And where in Kuwait?? Moey you are so lucky that you live there haha seriously .. The last time I went to it was in about 3 years if I have the good memory .. I just loved it and I can just go to London to have a Coffee there I really mean it .. Although I am in Paris right now muhaha .. And theres Coffee places all over the streets and all waiters yelling to costomers saying “Venez et essayez du Café son frais fait et goûte havenily” Haha could you believe that? That is all
