Working in Advertising

What do people usually do at real jobs?
They have to show up at 9 am, comb hair, wear a suit and be stable all the time. People also get mad at you if you screw something up, and have the tie all the time.
Now, Who wants a job like that? Not me, which is why I work in advertising! I get to pretend I have a “real job”, while partying non-stop and getting a pay cheque for it. If I screw something up, I just make up some excuse or persuade everyone that I didn’t fuck up…
I guess I’m one of those who demonstrate the “I don’t want to grow up” attitude in life?
Not really, but I prove that you can’t judge people by the looks.

My job is sort of like yours, but lacks the actual work.
hahaha great
LOL man.. same here but I work in telecom LOL!
In fact my technical architect (ie boss) has sent the client a document I have written and it was in pink font.
He was supposed to review it
One of us will be screwed LOL!
hahahaha! you cracked me up, well I went to an interview with a let’s say mayor, and I was in my torn jeans shorts, tshirt that has cussing on and piercings.
surprisingly, he liked me more because I was being natural.
I know this is not the subject , But i love the picture ! , I don’t know why , there is this amazing thing about it that attracted me the second i saw it , and i toke a look at Gilad’s work , Wonderful stuff.
Yeah Ali he is great.
I worked as a Customer Service Rep and as a Interpreter and in wagering too outside Jordan. All my jobs where via phone so i was lucky to show up as i wanted….no tie,no pressed shirts or shiney shoes.
Always keep that kid inside ya,it will make ur day!
By the way….is that a Rabbi in the picture,he looks puzzled over those ads XD
I hear ya on the casual dress in advertising Mo, and what i love about this part of the world is you can even get away with wearing sandals to meetings! Fricken brilliant.
Fun jobs make more money than grumpy jobs, from being a rock star to blogging to designing.
I agree Peter and M

(in a very aggressive tone)I’ll tell you about real jobs! I get out of the house @ 7:15 am! I’m on my desk at 8 am (my boss never comes on time so I usually show up @ 8:15), dressed in something as comfortable as a wooden shirt! (Remember when Kiera Knightly fainted, in Pirates of the Caribbean, cause she was wearing something that she couldn’t breathe in?!). I spend weeks doing absolutely NOTHING, and then I’d spend weeks staying 4 extra hours (at least)! I can only listen to music in headphones, and even then it can’t be too loud!! The environment is phoney and pretentious, and the people are nerdy, snobby and mostly yucky!
One last thing about real jobs, THEY ALL SUCK!
I’d rather be a freelance farmer!
