  2. United States Saned Says:

    I’m disappointed in you!

  3. Kuwait Moey Says:

why because I consider LGBT human?

  4. United States Batoul Says:

umm… I don’t agree nor disagree. I don’t think we’re hitting the sensitive areas yet, as you said… its surface talk.

  5. United States Hadil Alnajjar Says:

    hey moey, kefak?
i have been viewing your blog for over a month now, and i enjoyed every entry you have in.

I just viewed your last vodcast, and I agree with you. I have nothing against people of different sexuality, what they do is their business. I live in the states, and to be honest with you, three years go I would’ve hated gay people. But i took a bowling class at the uni i go to, and it was full of gay people. They were the nicest people i have ever met, and i gota tell you, i rather have a gay guy best friend than a gal best friend.

I have a whole lot to say about this subject, but replying in here wont do it justice.

keep up the good work, and fill me in with update when you go back to amman ^_^ and places to visit :D

I miss amman as well :D

  6. Kuwait Moey Says:

Batoul; I know… I just can’t publish many things batoul, don’t underestimate middle easterns reactions.

Hadil; thanks for reading my blog and thanks for the nice words, will totally update you :)

  7. Jordan AQ Says:

Fantastic and refreshing to see young people standing up for good causes, you are very broad-minded and you are addressing people who are similar to you … Do not be put down by negative feedback, people around like to “attack” even if you talk about “Should cats be adopted or not!?” kindda subject.

    you’ve got my support buddy.

    Cheers.

    Qatato

  8. Kuwait Moey Says:

Thanks AQ, glad I’m heard that far!

  11. Saudi Arabia Ali MetalHead Says:

Nice Vodcast , Your talking about a subject that not a lot of people talk about.

From my side i don’t mind being around homosexuals , But if they start to ask you to sleep with them , This will become a problem then.

  12. Kuwait Moey Says:

Ali… my ex-boss had to run away to UK

  13. Jordan Ali MetalHead Says:

lol! , What did he do ?

  14. Kuwait Moey Says:

The CEO knew he was gay, he started forcing him to do things, he couldn’t handle it anymore, went back to his country.

  15. Jordan Ali MetalHead Says:

    Damn!

  16. United Arab Emirates vegas Says:

Got one issue with your comments bro. You talked about what a gay person might get up to in their bed…..
Doesn’t have to be in bed does it :)

  17. United States snookie Says:

    hey Moey hows it hanging..

i care about a person’s sexuality as much as i care about what deodorant they use.. BUT, i would have to disagree about your comment that every family probably has a homo.. lol

israel is just a name.. its zionism that sucks balls. people that say “oooooh that is an israeli company! they give money to israel! this shit is made in israel!” need to get a life..

i just wonder what arabs would say if all designer labels announced that they will send proceeds to israel.. they wont say shit.

    cheers

  18. Europe skinnybumblebee Says:

    Keep it up.

  19. Greece Vas Says:

Great video with your standard qualities of alert mind and sensitive observation present. Enjoy the summer Moey and keep always in mind the principle that the most successful censorship is self-imposed silence.

  20. Kuwait Moey Says:

    Vegas; hahaha! thanks.

snookie; Thanks for the comment, and true what you said is 100% right.

    skinnybumblebee; khalas, then email it.

  22. Kuwait Moey Says:

Cocktail; no one has the right to judge them, they are what they are and you are what you are.

    They are creative.

  23. United States Saned Says:

la2a, because of something totally unrelated. 3njad ya 7asra…:(

  24. Kuwait Mishary Says:

OK! to be honest, I’m gay! and I know that it is wrong to be, but the thing is it’s not a choice, that’s how I feel & I guess god is testing me for being gay, if am gonna do the forbidden or not, am I gonna pass this test or fail? so now that I grew up, I became more religious, and stopped all my relationships for almost a year now, and I’m actually getting gifts from god for doing the right thing, but I still have that missing part I need, my gay friends are saying “how are you still surviving?” well it’s hard to shut down my emotions, desires, live single for my whole life, seeing friends with boy-friends/girl-friends & get to see my younger brother who is going to engage his girlfriend soon while I’m not allowed to share the love I have to the person I care about! but what the heck! I always remind myself with this thought if god created poor, retarded, deaf, blind.. etc people who also have hard time having a relationship, then I must add my state with those guys. at the end we are all living to worship god, let it be, if this life is shitty enough then I want heaven & I’m still fighting hard for it!

Oops.. I talk to much! well I guess this topic really touched me, thanks Moey for bringing this up!

  25. United Arab Emirates Markus Says:

Moey, I hope you don’t consider my comments “negative” and I hope that you would take them for what they are, an attempt at dialogue, not a a threat or meant to put you down. I think instead of telling people who will disagree with you that you could care less about their comments and that you enjoy your life you should open your blog for their opnions and critique their comments. Im glad you are enjoying your life very much unlike the Palestinians who are currently forbidden from moving around freely in the West bank, some of which die at check points set up by the Israeli army which executes orders by the government which is democratically elected by the majority of Israelis. Israel is not a beautiful place, its a racist place, even against certain Jews, its a facade and it embodies the epitome of racism and fascism in the world today and it really disappoints me that our youth today don’t feel strongly about such a cause. Look I have Israeli and Jewish friends myself and I have nothing against them at the human level, B’Tselem is a high caliber organization that does more for the persecuted people of Palestine than most Arab youth come close to. See normalization with Israel does not mean you have to boycott every country that does business in Israel , thats obviously ridiculous the point with normalization is simple, to create a pressure point on Israel, telling it that it is not ok, to kill maim and torture human beings, that its not ok to collectively punish a whole population, this is a shameful stance and history will condemn Israel for it, it will also mention all the countries that collaborated to implement a blockade against 1.5 million civilians (minus a few thousand combatants) in Gaza, its not something to be proud of. So you see normalizing with Israel is not about being nice towards israelis, it also involves people being fair and just towards Palestinians as well. What bothers me is how so many young Arabs take up such just causes as gay rights and so on and fight for these rights but you hardly hear anyone fighting for the rights of the Palestinians next door, I wonder why. Are they not human as well? Is it not ok to feel sorry for them and stand with them, as well as the poor gays and the cute Israelis? I dunno..maybe not…maybe its ok to stand by and watch them get ethnically cleansed slowly….except, Palestinians wont just lay down and die..they will survive and they will prevail
So what makes me wonder is that why are such issues

  26. Jordan The Observer Says:

hey moey, sorry I was late to check this video cast. I am really impressed. You are a daring man. I salute you. Thanks for mentioning my blog :), I appreciate that :)

I wonder when ever we would learn to give people the benefit of the doubt first. Learn that everyone is a good person unless proven otherwise. Stop listening to others and do our own homework and think for ourselves instead of following blindly the voice of ignorance and hatred.

wish you all the best man..

  27. Saudi Arabia Bobby Says:

I was waiting for ur Homosexuality vid podcast but was unhappy it got called off.I just tell everybody who attacked u “Live and Let Live!”.Nobody should care about ur sexuality, nobody should critisized ur life, they don’t put food on ur table plus ppl will always talk either about u or the guy next door,so laugh it up! I have gay friends and they are as normal as my straight friends.
