I’m a Ammany boy through and through. I wasn’t born or raised there- but somehow Amman is just what makes sense for me to call home (I only wish that prices were lower and things were less expensive), However… I reached the time where I’m ready to leave my sensible “home”.
I don’t know how to relax but I sure know how to have a good time, I always have to be busy… or working… or worrying… or involved in SOMETHING. I need to slow life down a little and learn to enjoy it.
People like looking at me in malls and street, in fact I like attention, Some people are fine blending in with the woodwork. That has never been me.
I made out with someone last week, and we both didn’t expect it… at least, she didn’t.
I never had to do my own laundry, or cook or clean as a kid. I wonder who’s gonna have to do the housework. When I do make a “meal” at home it typically involves opening a box and throwing something in the microwave or in the frying pan or… in the garbage
I have had a headache for 3 days. I am stressed about work. I am stressed about university. I was mean to someone. I’m a jerk. I think I need a haircut. I shouldn’t have eaten Subway for dinner. I need to clean my apartment. I want to make time for the gym. No I don’t…
There’s not enough time to do everything everyone wants me to do. And there certainly isn’t enough time for ME.

Then don’t! Just do what makes YOU happy and what you want.. If you die of exhaustion (Allah la egoola), everybody would just look for somebody else to do their work… Do what you want.. Just like you said, life is short, enjoy it!

man.. that is by far one of your best posts ever..
the way you describe your feelings, position and ideas is short, smooth, clear and loud..
with a bit of adjustments it would fit a perfect lyrics..i would love to see more posts like this one..
