I have a problem with purples!
The story started when I first purchased my purple pair of converse shoes 2 years back, It commit suicide after 1 year of daily use, it got torn up everywhere and I wasn’t able to walk with it anymore. I felt bad because (Ok, I have like other 9 pairs or something) I really liked it. It matched with jeans, many T-shirts and outfits.
Later on, I looked for another one in Kuwait, they were sold out! I tried in Jordan as well, they were also out of stock so I had to find an alternative, only found one in Giordano in Amman (the Kuwait store doesn’t not have them, and the other option was a cheap-ass fake that looked so ugly), so I got one and was satisfied with it!
A year later, the same thing happened (image above), I was really pissed, I think I have bad luck with “purple” things. Anyways, I can’t wait for the new ones I should be receiving soon.
I don’t want to throw this pair, in fact I still wear it, Every single scratch, torn-up, drawing on that pair has memories. I know it sounds too emotional! I’m planning to replace it with a new one that looks just like it.
Note: If you guys in Jordan or Kuwait find any purple chucks, let me know. drop a comment with address and store details. no online orders because I’m all out.

Sometimes I don’t understand EMOs, they buy new expensive shoes, draw on the, make them dirty and filthy, tear them up, tear them up even more and then wear them :S
You don’t they just buy second hand shoes instead and save their money and time

btw, the exact same thing happened to my pair of converse. there thrown in my closet, and i cant get myself to throw them away (even though that ther past the state that they can be wearable). they look alot like yours

I can totally relate. I have had the same pair of chucks for 11 years now; they are hanging by the last thread, but they’re just so damn comfy that I refuse to get rid of them…

Hey I wear the same in black but they are so dirty and they have so big riffes on the side that al the water came into it. Sry but i come from germany and cant speace englisch very good but i think you know what i mean this shoe is very clean!
