Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) is blocked from all Internet service providers (ISPs) in Syria now, so from now on users won’t be able to send emails from their own domains emails and will have to use their hosts webmail service (If available) or use free services such as Hotmail and Yahoo. more info on Tammam Koujan’s blog.
